Along the way, I have taught and directed for The Hartford Academy of Dramatic Arts,
My writings include a short novel entitled The Unfit Mother; a full-length play, Pink Carnations, soon to be produced; short stories; a short play, Girlie Show, written in collaboration with six other actress/writers about women and body image; short stories; and, a collection of poetry.
As the recipient of the Music and Drama Award at Henderson Senior High School in my home town of West Chester, Pennsylvania, I went on to collect a BFA from Syracuse University and study Shakespeare and Voice at The London Academy of Dramatic Arts and the Royal Shakespeare Company, London, England in the Syracuse program abroad. I have lived in New York City, Paris, Hawaii and now, Los Angeles. I am very happy to be here in the City of Angels - and believe that they will lead me to all good things. And most importantly, I am the lucky mother of the wonderful Sarah Elizabeth Putnam.
